Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 90jle ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 90jle website at 90jle.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the 90jle platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 90jle, including but not limited to: casino games (RNG slots, table games, video poker, instant win titles, progressive jackpots), live dealer games, sports betting, promotional offers, bonuses, loyalty programmes, and any other features made available through the platform now or in the future.

Eligibility & Age Restriction 18+ Only

Access to and use of the 90jle platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Personal use: You must be registering and using the 90jle account solely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with 90jle or any other gambling platform through which 90jle has agreed to honour exclusion requests.
• Accurate information: All personal details you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by 90jle — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of your 90jle account.

1. One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active 90jle account at any given time. If you already hold an active account, you must not create an additional account. If duplicate accounts are detected, 90jle reserves the right to close all associated accounts and retain balances pending investigation.
2. Accurate registration data: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number during registration. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. You may update your contact details by contacting our support team via live chat.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 90jle will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Identity verification (KYC): 90jle operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued ID — before your first withdrawal or at any other point at 90jle's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
5. Account not transferable: Your 90jle account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another party under any circumstances.
6. Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 90jle immediately via the live chat support channel. 90jle will take appropriate action to secure your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

90jle processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform integrates with the mobile banking channels most commonly used across Bangladesh, as well as international card networks, to ensure fast and straightforward payment processing.

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 90jle reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion. Changes to available payment methods will be communicated via the Cashier section of the platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Deposit processing time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are credited to your 90jle account within seconds of mobile banking confirmation. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit (same-source withdrawal rule). Withdrawals to a different payment source require additional verification at 90jle's discretion.
• Withdrawal processing time: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. All withdrawal requests are subject to an internal review before release.
• KYC before first withdrawal: Your first withdrawal request will trigger a full KYC review. You must provide valid identity documentation before funds are released. This is a one-time requirement for each account unless further verification is requested.
• Deposit integrity: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and possible account suspension.

90jle does not charge platform-side currency conversion fees. Any fees imposed by your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) are outside 90jle's control and are your responsibility to verify before initiating a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

90jle offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spin credits, reload bonuses, and seasonal cashback offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion.

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
2. Bonus validity: Each bonus carries a defined expiry period, stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
3. Single bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
4. Bonus abuse: 90jle reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where the Platform determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by the promotion design, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns specifically to convert bonus funds.
5. Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the maximum withdrawal amount arising from a bonus promotion is capped at five times (5x) the value of the bonus received.
6. Platform right to modify: 90jle reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable. Modifications do not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the change.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 90jle platform you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the integrity of the games and services offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; misrepresenting your identity; or providing deliberately false information during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market. This includes sharing hand information in live dealer games or coordinating betting patterns in sports markets.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Money laundering: Using the 90jle platform for the purpose of laundering funds of any origin. All suspicious transaction activity is monitored and reported in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language towards 90jle support staff or other users through any communication channel on the platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform software to obtain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically placing opposing bets or exploiting promotional offers in a risk-free manner designed to circumvent the intended purpose of the promotion or the betting market.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected. 90jle's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games and sports betting markets available on 90jle are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general principles apply across all games and markets:

• RNG certification: All random-number-generator (RNG) casino games on 90jle use independently certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous results, or by account history.
• Live dealer integrity: Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All dealers are trained professionals. Live game streams are subject to studio-level oversight and are not manipulated by 90jle.
• Sports betting settlement: Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition or fixture, as determined by the governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BCB for Bangladesh domestic cricket). In the event of a postponement or abandonment, bets are settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Void bets and error correction: In the event of a pricing error, data feed failure, or technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 90jle reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This decision is at 90jle's sole discretion and is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Each game and betting market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or betting slip. 90jle reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

Account Suspension & Closure

90jle reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms: Any material violation of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6.
• Failed KYC verification: Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the required timeframe following a verification request.
• Suspected fraud or money laundering: Where 90jle has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for fraudulent or illicit financial activity.
• Underage gambling: Where it is determined that the account holder was under 18 years of age at the time of registration or at any point during account use.
• Regulatory or legal requirement: Where account closure is required by applicable law, a court order, or a regulatory authority.
• Player-requested self-exclusion: Where the account holder requests a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings or through 90jle's live chat support team.

Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms, 90jle reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance entirely. For player-initiated closures or responsible gaming self-exclusions, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

90jle also reserves the right to close the platform, discontinue services, or modify the range of products offered at any time. In such cases, players will be notified with reasonable advance notice and any real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method.
